In 1995, when I played for the Houston Astros the back story of this game is we always had some drama (2 fights prior to this) and great ballgames against the Cincinnati Reds.. To understand why I took a long look at the ball I hit go into the stands, there were 2 heated exchanges where Jeff Bagwell was hit and then almost hit. I was called to pinch hit and to hit a HR. This was one of the few times I was looking to HR. It was a great time to do it and a great feeling.
